Seringas

A national electronic greenhouse gas registry system

Seringas® is a computer system which enables States, within the international framework (Kyoto and the European system), to record their greenhouse gas emissions, and which enables concerned economic actors to register their possession of carbon assets.

Today, four European States and five States outside of the European Union use Seringas® for their national emission allowance   registry.
