Climpact-Metnext

In December 2012, CDC Climat supported the merger of Metnext, a company from its own portfolio, with Climpact to create a European leader in “climate business intelligence.”

This new company provides other businesses (in the areas of consumption, energy, insurance, tourism, etc.) with decision-making assistance solutions to help them anticipate the impact of weather variations on their businesses.

The merger was supported by the long-standing shareholders of both companies, CDC Climat, Elaia Partners and Nextstage, and responds to a logic of complementarity and development. This new company can now provide an extensive range of services and has a greater ability to speed up its international development and reinforce its R&D.
