Emertec, through its Emertec 4 fund, and CDC Climat, a subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts Group, have contributed 3 million euro to HPC-SA, a start-up company designing innovative solutions to control building energy consumption.

HPC-SA has developed the flagship solution ArchiWizard, which provides real-time, 3D simulations of building energy performance, from the schematic design phase onwards. It provides architects and actors in the construction value chain with an accurate and user-friendly eco-design tool, in particular as regards compliance with the requirements of the Thermal Regulations that are reinforcing in Europe. ArchiWizard is also intended for building manufacturers looking to optimise the thermal performance of materials and processes.
Over the past two years, the software has received many awards in France, and the recognition of building professionals.

CDC Climat and Emertec have invested on equal terms in HPC-SA and their contribution will allow the company to speed up its international development.
