CDC Climat

Serving environmental and energy transition

CDC Climat is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts dedicated to furthering the energy and environmental transition.

Given the challenges posed by climate change and the necessary transition to an economy that uses less fossil fuels, Caisse des Dépôts Group made energy and environmental transition a strategic priority in 2013.

CDC Climat is the Caisse des Dépôts subsidiary that is entirely dedicated to this priority, via three areas of expertise, namely economic research, the development of innovative projects and investment.

The subsidiary benefits from Caisse des Dépôts’ financial capacity and from the Group’s know-how, so as to provide appropriate answers to its contacts, who include public authorities, local operators, and players in the economic and financial sphere.

CDC Climat is managed by Pierre Ducret, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and by Jean-Pierre Sicard, Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
